At Knewlynk, we believe growth exposes the cracks inside an organization. Leadership gaps begin to affect operations, operational issues show up as culture problems, and confusion begins to slow performance.
Most consulting firms treat these problems separately. We don’t.
Knewlynk is a leadership, operations, and people systems consulting firm that helps founders and executive teams identify the root causes behind organizational breakdowns and implement the systems that fix them.
Our work focuses on three connected areas: leadership and organizational development, business operations and process improvement, and people and HR systems. Because these areas are interconnected, solving one without addressing the others rarely works. We trace problems to their source, design practical solutions, and work alongside leadership teams to implement systems that create clarity, accountability, and consistent performance.
Our team brings 40+ years of combined experience supporting organizations ranging from fast-scaling startups to Fortune 100 companies and major U.S. government agencies. We work with founders and executive teams whose organizations have grown beyond informal processes and require stronger leadership, operational structure, and people systems to support the next stage of growth.
Every engagement begins with understanding the real problem. From there, we build and implement the leadership structures, operational systems, and people processes that allow organizations to scale with clarity and confidence.
We are U.S.-based, in-house, and hands-on. No offshore teams. No disappearing after the strategy deck. We stay involved until the systems work and the organization can sustain them without us.
Because consulting should not leave you with more theory.
It should leave you with a business that runs better.
Amy Neighbors is the architect of Knewlynk and PeopleOps in a Box™ and a strategic systems leader with more than 20 years of experience designing learning content and people systems for complex organizations. She is known for her ability to take highly complex problems across people, process, and operations and simplify them into clear, practical systems teams can understand and use.
Amy brings an engineering-style strategic mindset, seeing how people, processes, and tools fit together and ensuring they function as a cohesive system. She has a rare ability to anticipate where organizations are headed, provide confident direction through complexity, and translate abstract challenges into language leaders and teams can readily apply, making change easier to adopt and sustain.
One of Amy’s greatest strengths is her instinct for people. She consistently identifies leadership potential others overlook, often spotting future managers early and guiding their development well before formal promotion conversations begin. At the same time, she brings a sharp, experienced eye to hiring and assessment, quickly recognizing misalignment and red flags that can create long-term risk if ignored.
Her work is informed by both analytical precision and creative problem-solving, including a personal interest in interior design that sharpens her eye for clarity, cohesion, and practical application. At Knewlynk, Amy leads the design of scalable systems that replace confusion with clarity and help organizations build strong leadership pipelines and operate with confidence.
Amy is a proud graduate of the University of Illinois and an avid Fighting Illini fan. She loves staying active through fitness and can be found spending time with her Husky, Skylar. Amy is also deeply committed to Husky rescue, volunteering her time and serving on rescue teams for several Husky rescue organizations.
