Something isn't working. No one can agree on why.

The signs show up across the organization, even when the cause is unclear. Ground Truth surfaces the patterns, shows where the issues may be starting, and gives you a prioritized place to begin.

You can feel what this is costing.

Check what’s true right now.
Your best manager just gave notice, and no one is surprised.
The initiative had executive support. It still stalled.
The new system is live. The old workarounds never left.
Leadership thought the problem was fixed. The team knew it wasn't.

The issues may look separate. The pattern connecting them is harder to see.

Ground Truth brings the signals into one view and shows where attention may be needed first.

The Anchor Question

Continue with Knewlynk within 90 days of your readout and your full $25,000 Ground Truth investment will be applied to any engagement of $100,000 or more. If you choose not to move forward, everything we deliver is yours to keep. There is no obligation to continue.

HOW IT WORKS

Thirty days. One fixed process.

Week 1

The Anchor Statement

We start with a kickoff call. You describe what is happening, why it matters, and the business outcome you need to achieve. We review the information closest to the issue and turn what we learn into the one question these 30 days will answer.

Weeks 2–3

The Patterns

The Anchor Question guides who we interview and what we ask. We conduct up to six structured interviews across the organization, then compare what we hear to find the recurring issues, connections, and patterns affecting the outcome.

Week 4

The Priorities

We bring the findings together in a 90-minute leadership session. We show which patterns surfaced, how they connect to the Anchor Question, where the issues may be starting, and how they are affecting the organization. You leave with a prioritized list of what to address first and our recommended path forward.

WHAT YOU WILL KNOW

The clarity to make the next decision.

Your Ground Truth Blueprint turns what we hear into an evidence-backed priority list.
01

What Connects

Which concerns may be related and the patterns showing up across them.

02

What Is at Stake

How the issues may be affecting the business outcome and what they are costing or putting at risk.

03

Where to Look First

The areas that show the strongest signs of where the issues may be starting.

04

Where to Begin

What to prioritize now, what can wait, and our recommended direction forward.

Ground Truth does not examine everything. It gives leadership an evidence-backed priority list for where to focus first.

What you cannot see is still costing you.

The longer an issue goes unaddressed, the more time, money, and trust it consumes.

The Drift Pattern

What leadership thought the problem was: A management problem.
What was actually keeping it in place: Years of management turnover had left the department without consistent direction, ownership, or improvement. The team continued operating, but outdated practices and administrative inefficiencies accumulated over time.
What changed: New processes and procedures brought the department back into alignment, improved consistency, and reduced administrative overhead.
GOVERNANCE & DOCUMENTATION

The Assumption Pattern

What leadership thought the problem was: A validation effort to confirm what was already in place.
What was actually keeping it in place: Critical processes, documentation, and governance had been assumed complete but were missing or inconsistent.
What changed: Leadership established the operating framework before the next audit cycle and closed gaps that had gone undetected for years.
BOUTIQUE BY DESIGN. INTENTIONALLY DIFFERENT.

Every engagement is led by someone accountable for the whole picture.

A member of Knewlynk’s leadership team leads the engagement and brings together the right specialists from across our vertical teams. That leader stays involved from kickoff through the final readout.

QUESTIONS

Fair questions.

Most organizations come to Ground Truth with a clear view of the visible problem. The work uncovers the patterns underneath it—and why it has survived previous attempts to solve it.

We frame the problem, conduct up to six focused conversations, examine the evidence, identify the patterns, and build your Ground Truth Blueprint. The engagement concludes with a 90-minute leadership readout.

You keep the Blueprint, named patterns, priorities, and recommended direction. There is no obligation to continue into a larger engagement.

We select the executives, leaders, and stakeholders closest to the problem, including people who experience it differently. The goal is not consensus. It is an accurate view of how the organization actually works.

Yes, when the recurring problem can be meaningfully examined within the 30-day scope and six-conversation limit.

It is credited in full toward a Knewlynk engagement of $100,000 or more initiated within 90 days.

You cannot afford to solve this problem again.

Bring us the problem that keeps coming back. In 30 minutes, we’ll determine whether Ground Truth is the right next step.
